Medication Management Director (DEA)

The Medication Management Director is an important part of BayMark's compliance program. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, the Medication Management Director for BayMark Health Services, Inc. is responsible for ensuring that the following areas are in place at BayMark's opioid treatment facilities regarding controlled substances :

• Appropriate policies and procedures
• Regular and thorough training
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements

This position will report to the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and will require up to 60%-75% travel.
