Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, from groundbreaking to completion. Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget expectations. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project schedules. Oversee on-site safety measures and compliance with regulations. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and challenges. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues. Prepare and submit daily and weekly project reports. Collaborate with the project management team to resolve any construction-related concerns.

A successful Multifamily Superintendent should have : proven experience in managing multifamily construction projects, a strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes, excellent organizational and leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders, technical expertise in project management software and tools, and a results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
