Shipping Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our warehouse, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and a strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes.

$16.50-$17.00 per hour-paid weekly

Responsibilities

• Manage the shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading trucks.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and orders.
• Perform order picking, packing, and fulfillment tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts and scanners to move products within the warehouse.
• Ensure all goods are properly packaged for shipment to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain an organized workspace by stocking shelves and managing inventory locations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.
• Conduct regular inventory counts.

Experience

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred, with a focus on shipping & receiving operations. Familiarity with order fulfillment processes. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems. Basic math skills are required for accurate order processing and inventory management. Experience operating various warehouse equipment including forklifts and order pickers is highly desirable.

Must be available to train on 1st shift (7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm) and switch to 2nd (3 : 00pm to 11 : 30pm) or 3rd (11 : 00pm to 7 : 30am) shifts. OT / weekends may be required.
