Job Summary : Accounting Support

Assist with Accounts Payable

  • Processing AP invoices
  • Assisting with check runs
  • Lien Waivers
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable

Processing AR invoices

  • Entering invoices into portals
  • Lien Waivers
  • Administrative Support

    • Assisting with customer and vendor changeover from USP / Kansas to PANS

  • Support expense reporting processes, credit card reconciliation, vendor account management and related support.
  • Maintaining W-9's and 1099 database

    • Compliance

  • Develop and maintain policies that align with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Monitor and implement organizational compliance programs.
  • Ensure contractors and subcontractor compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Monitor and request Certificates of Insurance (COIs) from customers.
