Salary : $15 / hour + Monthly Potential Bonus of $1,500 + additional incentives

What You'll Do :

  • Make outbound calls using an auto dialer to customers 130 days past due.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and help customers stay on track.
  • Take inbound calls to answer questions and provide solutions.
  • Use judgment and empathy to create fair, personalized solutions.
  • Meet individual and team performance goals.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Strong listening skills and customer service mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Must live within 30 miles of Dallas, TX on-site only.

    • Requirements :

  • High School Diploma, GED or higher level preferred.
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
  • Type at least 35 WPM.
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office).
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, not required.
  • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
