BMS is driving a transformative journey to drive AI pilots to scale across our Commercial organization. We are seeking a dynamic, business-savvy professional to help shape, lead, and govern our Commercial AI initiatives. As a member of this high-impact team, you will bridge Commercial and IT matrixes, champion AI-driven change, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and guide innovative POCs from promising pilots to scaled solutions. Responsibilities

• Embrace, shape, and extend BMS's AI-driven End-to-End commercialization vision.
• Drive and establish key external partnerships with innovative AI technologies (startups as well as established firms).
• Identify and solution for key gaps in BMS Commercial AI agentic architecture.
• Establish and publish AI principles and guardrails for commercial PoCs.
• Serve as a credible SME on commercial applications of AI, guiding project teams through ambiguity and collaborating to overcome barriers to scale.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Access, Medical, Sales, IT, agencies, and consulting partners to scale successful AI POCs into sustainable commercial solutions.
• Drive adoption of AI tools and processes, embedding a change management mindset throughout the organization.
• Establish communication frameworks and nurture a culture of advocacy, identifying and enabling scaling teams.
• Leverage commercial insights to inform strategic prioritization and stakeholder management, ensuring sustained impact.

Princeton - NJ - US : $189,430 - $229,546 The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience.
