Overview :

Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of patients? As a staff Registered Nurse (RN) , you will be a vital caregiver, responsible for a group of patients during your designated shift. You’ll utilize your nursing skills, knowledge, and resources to provide exceptional care within our supportive institution.

Your Responsibilities :

• Perform all duties specific to your unit and scope of service.
• Implement procedures and theories relevant to your area of practice.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care to ensure seamless communication within the healthcare team.
• Conduct initial patient assessments upon admission and develop tailored care plans based on patient and family needs.
• Implement and modify care plans based on continuous evaluation.
• Ensure patient and employee safety by identifying and addressing safety hazards.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to resolve issues and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify your own learning needs and take initiative to address them.
• Provide direct care for CVICU patients, including post-op CABG and vascular patients.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Engage in hourly rounding on patients and proactively assist internal and external customers.

Qualifications :

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 1 year - American Heart Association (AHA)

Compensation and Benefits :

The compensation range for this position is $33.68 - $57.93 per hour . This range reflects a good faith minimum and maximum for the role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on various factors, including experience, qualifications, and shifts worked.
