Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($490k+), including :
RVU production bonus based on annual threshold - Quality incentives up to $130,000 annually
Commencement bonus : $40,000
Annual CME : $8,000 (includes licensing, dues, and subscriptions) + paid CME time

Position Details

Outpatient Rural Health Clinic open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Provider schedule : Four 10-hour days per week

Average of 13-17 patients per day

Scribe available for providers averaging 15+ patients daily who intend to continue increasing capacity

11 exam rooms

1 non-stress testing room with up-to-date equipment

2 ultrasound machines for clinic use

Behavioral health services on-site for consultation and warm handoff

1 : 3 call schedule

Dedicated Family Birthing Center with certified lactation consultant services

Full-time, permanent position

Epic EMR integrated across clinic and hospital settings
