Vision Ford Lincoln is looking for a customer-first, detail-driven Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team! You’ll be the trusted guide for our customers—helping them understand their vehicle’s needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring every visit is smooth, efficient, and positive. 💬✨
Your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and create confidence will directly contribute to the level of service our customers expect from the Vision brand. 🤝
🔑 What You’ll Do :
- 👋 Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and care
- 📝 Listen to concerns and document repair needs accurately
- 🧠 Translate technical information clearly and honestly
- 📞 Keep customers updated throughout their vehicle’s visit
- 🛠️ Collaborate with techs to ensure timely service
- 💡 Upsell maintenance plans, warranties & service specials
- ✅ Finalize repair orders and ensure full customer satisfaction
- 📲 Follow up after service to build long-term relationships
Requirements
📌 What You’ll Need :
🧍♂️ Prior Service Advisor or customer service experience (preferred)💬 Strong communication + problem-solving skills🚦 Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with ease🔍 Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repairs💻 Comfort with computers and DMS (CDK, Reynolds, etc., a plus)🎓 High school diploma or equivalent (some college a bonus)🚘 Valid driver’s license & clean driving recordBenefits
