We are seeking a detail-driven Business Analyst to support strategic and operational initiatives within a global travel and hospitality organization. This role will focus on analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting system enhancements that improve efficiency and guest experience across commercial, operations, and finance teams.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with stakeholders across departments-Finance, Revenue Management, Operations, Guest Services, and IT-to document business requirements and translate them into actionable project deliverables.
- Analyze existing processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions that align with corporate strategy and customer experience goals.
- Develop process flow diagrams, business requirement documents, and test plans for new system implementations or enhancements.
- Support data-driven decision-making through dashboard creation and ad hoc reporting using tools such as Power BI , Tableau , or SQL .
- Participate in system upgrades, integrations, and testing cycles related to enterprise applications such as Oracle , Salesforce , SAP , or Workday .
- Collaborate closely with IT and business teams to ensure requirements are accurately captured and delivered on time.
- Support operational improvement initiatives across areas such as fleet operations , inventory management , revenue / yield optimization , and guest journey digitization .
- Prepare business cases, ROI analyses, and executive summaries for leadership review.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (MBA a plus).4 6 years of business analysis experience, preferably in travel, cruise line, hospitality, or transportation industries.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting complex data sets.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).Experience working with enterprise systems such as Oracle E-Business Suite , Salesforce , or SAP .Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma or similar) is preferred.Comfortable working hybrid.Comfortable working in a temporary assignment.We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination / harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws
