Position Summary
The Operations Assistant provides administrative support to the COO, President and CEO.
Essential Functions
Assists with various internal and external auditsAssists in start-up of new projectsServes as liaison and primary point of contact for external vendors including but not limited to insurance, office equipment, and vending solutionsProduces shareholder reportsPrepares correspondence for shareholder communicationsExecutes shareholder transactionsAnswers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive informationPerforms a variety of data management functions, including paper and electronic records management, setting up and managing spreadsheets and databases, producing reports, compiling information and analyzing resultsConducts critical studies to increase corporate efficienciesDetermines the feasibility of new programs and projectsPrepares presentation materialsAssists with export compliance administrationArranges group meetings for C-SuiteAdditional Duties

Ability to communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, at all levels within the organization.Strong critical thinking and analytical skillsComplex problem solving abilitiesSuperior computer skills, including but not limited to, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Documents, Sheets, Slides)Exceptional organizational skills in order to meet daily, weekly, monthly and annual deadlinesSelf-directed, self-starterAbility to work as an individual contributor and team playerMinimum Qualifications
Associate's degree (AA) in business administration, or similar field, from an accredited college or university, preferredFive to ten years related experience and / or training;Equivalent combination of education and experience may be consideredWorking Conditions / Physical Requirements
Work generally can be performed from home or officeMay be required to sit for extended periods of timeThe employee may occasionally be required to lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.Benefits
