As a Patient Service Specialist, you will help facilitate a positive experience for patients and their families. Using your customer service skills, you can assist in ensuring the unit runs smoothly and patients feel informed and at ease. This role is a great steppingstone to other careers within customer service and other departments with Cleveland Clinic.
A caregiver in this position works days from 7 : 30AM 4 : 00P M, including every 3rd or 4th Saturday. Flexibility to work alternate shifts based on department coverage needs will be required, as needed. Alternate shifts may include 8 : 00AM 4 : 30PM, 9 : 00AM 5 : 00PM or 10 : 00AM 6 : 30PM. Floating to Tallmadge may be needed as well.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include : High School Diploma / GED and two years of experience in patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance processing or customer service OR Associate's Degree and one year of experience OR Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include : Knowledge of medical terminology.
