Job Title : BGA Rework Assembler

Shift : Day

Job Purpose

Performs electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies, including wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing, following blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with electronic sub-assemblies and system integration.
  • Ability to read and understand color codes and component IDs.
  • Work under a microscope when required.

Qualifications

  • Manual dexterity skills.
  • Ability to communicate and follow instructions in English.
  • Experience with electronic sub-assemblies and system integration (1+ years).
  • Ability to lift 15-30 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work weekends if needed.
