- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the hotel management system
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process payments and handle cash, credit, or debit transactions securely
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met promptly
- Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security for guests and staff
