Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Reports To : Regional Director of Palliative Care

Status : Exempt (Salaried)

FT, PT, PRN : Full time with Benefits

Shift : 40 hours; Monday - Friday 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm

On Call Rotation : Some nights and weekends phone call

Location : Performs visits in Macon County, NC

Summary

Provide palliative care consultation and treatment to patients with serious and life-limiting illnesses in their homes, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, outpatient clinic, and hospital.
