In this Registered Nurse role, you will be providing in home high quality skilled nursing care to patients in the Lakeland, FL area. Home Health services will be provided under the direction of the Plan of Treatment established with a physician and with input from patient / caregiver, you will assist in ensuring a better way of living and healthy recovery.

Must be willing to see patients in the LAKELAND, FL area

What You Would be Responsible for :

• Monitor patients condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and education
• Observe and interpret patients symptoms and communicate them to physicians
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
• Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.
• Other responsibilities will be assigned
