    Manager Position Overview :

    We're looking for dynamic and experienced Managers to lead our teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This hands-on role involves overseeing daily operations, driving customer satisfaction, and creating a supportive team culture.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise daily operations to ensure top-notch food quality and exceptional service.
  • Train and mentor team members, fostering a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Provide ongoing coaching to support employee growth and development.
  • Manage cash handling, prepare financial reports, and monitor operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with kitchen teams to ensure seamless communication and smooth workflows.
  • Enforce workplace policies to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

    • Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proven leadership abilities to manage and inspire diverse teams.
  • Hands-on experience in staff training and professional development within the food service industry.
  • Strong cash handling, financial management, and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of food service operations, particularly in quick-service or fine dining environments.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and dining experiences.
