We are seeking to bring on an AT&T Wireless Client Assistant to join our robust team, supporting the AT&T campaign. This is a venerable opportunity to be the voice of AT&T, providing exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships to expand brand awareness.

As an AT&T Wireless Client Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers assisting them with a wide range of inquiries and ensuring their experience with services is positive and seamless. The AT&T Wireless Client Assistant will utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address needs, build trust, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

AT&T Wireless Client Assistant Responsibilities :

  • Actively listen to customers to understand their inquiries and concerns to best find solutions that will work for them
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting related to billing, service issues, technical difficulties, and account information.
  • Process all sales orders for customers based on the product and / or service they are interested in
  • Use problem solving skills and service knowledge to resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems when needed
  • Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding internet, phone, TV, and wireless services, as well as available plans and promotions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the designated systems
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of AT&T's evolving products, services, and promotions relevant
