Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects. Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success. Oversee procurement processes and manage project-related documentation. Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to all parties involved. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have : proven experience in managing construction projects within the property industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards. Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively. A results-driven approach with a focus on quality and efficiency.
