Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulations
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress

    • Requirements

  • Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Bachelor's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills
  • Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
