We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to join our Ads Demand Platform team. As a Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of the Ads Demand platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of advertising technology, and a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment.
What The Candidate Will Do
- Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ads Demand Platform at Uber
- Drive cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, operations, sales, etc.) to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals for the business
- Monitor and measure launched products and feed insights back into the product development process
- Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results to a spectrum of audiences, including internal partners and leadership teams
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management or equivalentAt least 7+ years of experience as an Ads product manager with a track record of partnering with engineering, design, data science and business functions to deliver successful projects at scaleExperience in defining objectives and key results (OKRs) and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve themExcellent data analysis skills and data-driven decision-making ability, with a customer-first mindsetExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey results and opportunity areas to cross-functional teams and leadershipPreferred Qualifications
Deep understanding of digital advertising businesses, Ads Manager platform, DSPA true passion for Uber\'s mission, products, and the company\'s hybrid technology / operations natureCompensation and Location
For New York, NY-based roles : The base salary range for this role is USD$216,000 per year - USD$240,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles : The base salary range for this role is USD$216,000 per year - USD$240,000 per year. All US locations : eligible to participate in Uber\'s bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of compensation. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
