Admissions Processor

The Admissions Processor supports the enrollment operations of Snow College by accurately and efficiently processing admissions applications and related documentation. This position ensures student records are maintained with integrity, responds to applicant inquiries, and provides excellent customer service to prospective students and families. The Admissions Processor plays a key role in ensuring timely communication throughout the admissions process and contributes to the overall success of institutional enrollment goals.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
• One (1) or more years of administrative, data entry, or customer service experience, preferably in higher education.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Student Information Systems (e.g., Slate, Salesforce, Banner, Ellucian) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Applications received by 11 : 59 PM on September 19, 2025, will be eligible for review by the hiring committee. Applications received after that date may not be reviewed by the hiring committee unless deemed appropriate by the college administration. Initial screening is based on the responses to the online submitted application, as well as your redacted resume, curriculum vitae (CV), cover letter and teaching philosophy statement. Transcripts or any other submitted material will not be considered during initial screening.
