Interview new residency candidates, implement new quality and safety protocols, participate in didactic teaching, be involved in huddle rounds with residents, and have the autonomy to shape this program to utmost efficiency w / collaborative physician-minded leadership.

This employed opportunity offers a $20k sign-on bonus, malpractice insurance, medical benefits, 4 weeks of vacation time, 1 week of CME and $3,500, a fully funded pension plan in addition to a 403b, relocation assistance, and an internal loan repayment program that pays $150k over 4 years.
