Labor & Delivery RN Job Details Position Type : Travel RN Location : Lone Tree, Colorado – Denver Metro Area Healthcare Setting : Labor & Delivery Start Date : October 27, 2025 End Date : January 26, 2026 Contract Duration : 13 weeks Nursing Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM (12-hour days) Hours per Week : 36 Unit Details : 19 patient rooms, 6 PACU rooms, 6 triage rooms, 3 L&D ORs Patient Ratios : 2 : 1, 1 : 1 for high-acuity patients Equipment : Novii & GE FHR monitors, FSE, CPN & Meditech EMR Estimated Weekly Salary : $2130-$2190 Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Colorado or compact state Minimum 3 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience BLS and NRP certifications required ACLS / ALS certification preferred Experience in Mom / Baby, Pediatrics, and / or NICU nursing preferred Strong clinical skills, flexibility, and a collaborative approach Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care for labor, delivery, postpartum, and high-risk antepartum patients Assist with vaginal and cesarean section (c-section) deliveries Operate advanced fetal monitoring equipment and electronic medical records (EMR) systems Utilize the nursing process for patient assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes Discover the benefits of Colorado nursing jobs in Lone Tree—a welcoming community with excellent amenities and easy access to Denver and the Rocky Mountains.
