Job Title : SLC Loan Servicing Officer I

Department : Specialty Lending Center

We are looking for SLC Loan Servicing Officer I to join the Specialty Lending Center team at Open Bank. The SLC ("Specialty Lending Center") Loan Servicing Officer will be responsible for supporting daily operations of warehouse lending by managing loan boarding, funding transactions, wire requests, and collateral documentation. This role ensures accurate, timely processing of loans and settlements while maintaining strict compliance with the Bank's policies, regulatory requirements, and risk controls.

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute funding transactions, including credit line advances, with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform daily loan servicing duties, including balancing loans with General Ledger accounts, block posting, and generating system reports.
• Process new warehouse loans, including booking and funding activities.
• Prepare and submit outgoing wire requests to the Wire Department accurately and promptly.
• Handle collateral documentation by receiving, processing, ensuring safekeeping, and coordinating timely release to investors.
• Process daily settlements and monitor incoming wire transfers to ensure accuracy and proper allocation.
• Maintain effective and consistent communication methods to ensure seamless workflow and operational continuity within the team.
• Collaborate with other lending operations teams to share best practices and ensure cohesive interdepartmental processes.
