Property Rehab & Maintenance Specialist at Purple Mountain Home Buyers in Colorado Springs, CO. This full-time role focuses on hands-on property checks, light repairs, rehab support, and coordinating vendor services to keep properties safe, secure, and market-ready. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
Location : Colorado Springs
Compensation : $57,000 annually + full benefits
Responsibilities
- Conduct property wellness checks (thermostats, lights, doors, HVAC, leaks, security).
- Perform interior and exterior maintenance (mowing, snow shoveling, light cleaning, furnace filter replacements).
- Secure newly purchased homes with proper lockdown procedures.
- Perform grounds maintenance (weeding, leaf blowing, edging, sprinkler adjustments, rock / mulch installation).
- Coordinate and schedule vendors / contractors for landscaping, duct cleaning, or other services.
- Support property rehab efforts by checking progress, answering questions, and delivering / picking up materials.
- Perform minor handyman tasks (replacing fixtures, bulbs, smoke alarms, doorknobs, etc.).
- Complete tenant move-in / move-out inspections and handle light work-order requests.
- Prepare homes for market with small touch-ups, cleaning, and signage installation.
