Key Responsibilities
Input application data collected by the Loan Officer and ensure data accuracy
Review loan application packages for completeness and identify issues before processing
Prepare and assist with loan documentation while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent; 2 years of college preferred
Understanding of general loan guidelines
Previous mortgage loan experience
One year of experience with Encompass
Proficient computer skills
