Sr. CAD Technician, Roads and Highways - Salt Lake City
Join David Evans and Associates, Inc. as a Sr. CAD Technician, Roads and Highways in Salt Lake City, UT.
This role involves utilizing advanced drafting tools such as MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer to produce and check transportation design drawings, under the supervision of a Professional Engineer. Responsibilities include translating mark-ups, updating project quantities, and ensuring compliance with standards like AASHTO.
Key Qualifications :
- Associate Degree in Civil Drafting, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field
- Experience with MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer
- 6+ years of transportation drafting experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of UDOT projects and ProjectWise (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
