Job Description

We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. This role involves completing make-ready tasks at the feeder and delivery sections, stacking completed cartons on pallets, assisting with ink installation and equipment operation, and performing required quality checks. The position also requires filling in for the assistant press operator during absences and undertaking housekeeping duties as assigned.

Work Environment

This role is in a non-climate-controlled, 24 / 7 facility with approximately 170 employees and 30 temporary staff. The position is on the 1st shift from 6 : 45 am to 7 pm, with a rotating schedule of 3 days on, 2 days off, followed by 2 days on, and 3 days off. There is an opportunity for overtime. Steel toe boots are required, and gloves, ear plugs, and safety glasses will be provided. Safety is a top priority in our workplace.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75 / hr.
