A company is looking for a Voice Engineer responsible for configuring, monitoring, and maintaining voice services and associated infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Secure configuration and management of Sipcom voice solutions and platforms
Provide escalated voice application and infrastructure support for Business As Usual (BAU) support teams
Implement and test backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity planning (BCP)
Required Qualifications
Experience with voice technology and extensive knowledge of SIP
Experience configuring and managing Session Border Controllers (SBCs)
Configuration and management of PSTN integration with cloud UC platforms
Knowledge of broader telephony products such as Contact Centers and PBXs
In-depth troubleshooting of voice issues using tools such as VOIP Monitor and Wireshark
