  • Assignment Length : 13-week travel nursing contract\n
  • Start Dates : 10 / 6 / 2025, 10 / 20 / 2025, or 11 / 3 / 2025\n
  • Shift : Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19 : 00 - 07 : 00)\n
  • Hours per Week : 36\n
  • Employment Type : Travel Nurse (Locum Tenens)\n
  • On-site Position \n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $1780 - $1910\n

    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Minimum 2 years of recent Neuro ICU RN experience with prior travel nursing assignment, or 3 years of recent Neuro ICU experience if no travel experience\n
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or compact state (NLC compliant)\n
  • Current BLS certification (Flu vaccine required; COVID-19 vaccine not required)\n
  • Must reside at least 100 miles from the Memphis healthcare facility (strict requirement)\n
  • First-time travel nurses accepted only with 3 years of recent Neuro ICU experience\n
  • Cerner charting experience preferred\n
  • At least 1 completed previous travel nurse assignment preferred\n
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher\n

    • \n\nTravel Nurse Responsibilities\n \n

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill neurological patients in the Neuro ICU\n
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment\n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans\n
  • Administer medications, manage ventilators, and perform advanced neurological assessments\n
  • Float between similar critical care units and campuses within 20 miles as needed\n
  • Participate in on-call and weekend coverage as required\n
  • Maintain compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards\n
