We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team. As a family-owned HVAC company, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and refrigeration systems, with a proven track record of successful service and repair work.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
  • Diagnose system issues and troubleshoot problems efficiently to identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and prevent breakdowns.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to understand specific requirements and provide expert recommendations on system improvements or upgrades.
  • Keep accurate records of service performed, including equipment inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a commercial HVAC and refrigeration service technician.
  • Proficient knowledge of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including but not limited to rooftop units, chillers, air handling units, ice machines and walk-in coolers / freezers.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong understanding of electrical, refrigeration, and control systems associated with commercial HVAC equipment.
  • Familiarity with industry codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
  • Valid WA driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work alone or with a helper.

    Salary : $28.00 - $38.00 per hour

    Expected hours : 40 per week
