This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who enjoys building data products end-to-end—ingesting and modeling data, optimizing performance, and creating compelling dashboards that deliver measurable business value. You’ll work in fast, iterative cycles, delivering 60-day MVPs and continuously improving based on stakeholder feedback.

We’re looking for someone who values  collaboration, integrity, and innovation , and who thrives in a culture built on  Teamwork, Respect, Uprightness, and Empowerment .

What You’ll Do

  • Write optimized  SQL / T-SQL  and build scalable data models using  DAX  and  Power Query (M)  for high-performance reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy and trust in data products by promoting strong  data governance  and quality standards.
  • Deploy and iterate on dashboards with business users, incorporating feedback to improve usability and impact.
  • Align data initiatives with organizational KPIs and strategic objectives.
  • Maintain BI systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability and data security.
  • Use  Python  or  R  for automation, advanced analytics, or machine learning integrations as needed.
  • Design and optimize  ETL  processes to ensure data is efficiently extracted, transformed, and loaded.
  • Stay up to date on  Microsoft Fabric ,  Power BI , and modern BI trends to drive continuous innovation.

Qualifications

Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in  Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems , or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Experience :

  • 5+ years of experience in  Business Intelligence ,  Data Engineering , or  Data Modeling .
  • Deep expertise in  Power BI , including complex DAX, star schema modeling, and performance tuning.
  • Strong proficiency in  SQL / T-SQL .
  • Hands-on experience with  Microsoft Fabric ,  Synapse ,  Databricks , or  Snowflake .
  • Familiarity with  ETL  and pipeline tools such as  Fabric Dataflows Gen2 ,  Data Factory , or equivalent.
  • Experience with  SSIS ,  Informatica , or similar tools preferred.
  • Experience with  Python  or  R  for data analysis or automation.
  • Skills & Attributes

  • Strong  product mindset —able to connect technical work to business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from design through delivery.
  • Agile, results-driven, and comfortable delivering value quickly.
