We are currently hiring for Quality Assurance Lead to work with our team at the Tampa Airport.
Accountable to HCAA executive leadership for the overall planning and implementation of a Quality Assurance program for the successful delivery of the Master Plan Program.
Manages a team of QA Discipline Managers to provide oversight of the HCAA field project teams in monitoring and documenting that the assigned projects are constructed in accordance with contract documents and sound engineering / construction practices.
Reviews the QC plans submitted by Contractors and Design-Builders and monitors and documents compliance through field auditing.
Provides monthly reports on QA activities and issues.
Participates in the submittal review phase prior to construction activities.
Oversees a system of non-compliance reporting and verification of resolution.
Strong technical background in various disciplines associated with airport facilities.
Willing and able to work on-site at the Tampa Airport Program Management office.

The base salary range for this position is $150,000.00 to $170,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
