We are Mid-Atlantic's largest industrial pump and process equipment solutions provider. Having locations in Baltimore Maryland and Aston and York Pennsylvania. As a result of our growth, we have a need for a Parts & Aftermarket Specialist .

What You Get To Do

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels to provide quotations, status updates and order details.
• Consult with Engineering and Service teams to ensure accurate solutions.
• Enter and track sales orders using ERP systems
• Collaborate with our shipping team and purchase materials to fulfill orders.
• Maintain vendor relationships and monitor inventory levels.
• Expedite orders and proactively update customers.
• Support our sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
