Role

Joining us as a Multi-Unit Team Leader , you'll provide leadership over three H&R Block tax offices. You'll lead customer-centric teams to accelerate their seasonal tax business. You will start a flexible part-time schedule in the fall, transitioning to full-time from January to April with evening and weekend hours as needed. This role is in-person and not remote.

Responsibilities

• Front-line manager responsible for leadership and development of associates across three tax offices.
• Deliver an outstanding client experience and achieve office-related growth objectives.
• Lead daily team meetings and communicate essential information to tax office associates.
• Create associate work schedules across all offices and ensure accurate timekeeping and labor management.
• Travel between offices as required.
• Prepare tax returns as needed, upon successful completion of the Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment.

Pay Range

Pay range information is provided per local requirements. Pay ranges may vary by location and are influenced by factors such as experience and education. The stated pay range is $15.00 - $40.00 / Hr.
