Clinical Program Coordinator, Clinical Pathways
The Clinical Program Coordinator has the primary responsibility for coordinating the development and maintenance of evidence-based Order Sets, Smart Sets, Therapy Plans, and multidisciplinary Clinical Pathways. The Clinical Content Program Coordinator provides leadership, support and guidance to key stakeholder teams in planning, execution, monitoring, and control of Order Sets and Pathways to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget / scope. The Program Coordinator partners with executive, clinical and medical staff leaders and hospital committees to ensure work aligns health system-wide initiatives and strategic goals. The Program Coordinator acts as an expert resource and an educator to operational leadership, clinician teams, and analysts regarding the development, implementation, and harmonization of Order Sets and Clinical Pathways across the health system. This role supervises the Agile Program Coordinator.

Minimum Requirements :
Education : Graduate of an Accredited Graduate School of Nursing, Physician Assistant Program with a Master's Degree or Pharm. D. Degree. Experience : 3-5 Years of Healthcare Experience with Demonstrated Leadership Experience. Experience in Project Management Preferred. Epic Proficiency Required. Proficiency with Epic Building or Related Activities and / or AgileMD Proficiency Preferred. Licensure : Must Be Licensed to Practice in the State of Virginia.
