The Adversarial Operations team is seeking a highly technical and proactive Service Delivery Automation Engineer to shape and scale a cutting-edge security program.
This role lies at the intersection of offensive security, enterprise automation, and engineering excellence.
The successful candidate will lead the automation of end-to-end service delivery lifecycle processes, streamline stakeholder interactions, and build robust metrics frameworks.
As automation capabilities mature, the role will expand into hands-on adversarial testing, including penetration testing and red teaming.
Key Responsibilities
- Automate service delivery workflows to enhance the efficiency of the Adversarial Operations function.
- Build custom tools to support automation in reporting, test execution, and remediation workflows.
- Connect disparate tools and processes to streamline intake notifications and vulnerability updates.
- Identify operational gaps and implement scalable automation solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing, reporting, and stakeholder engagement processes.
- Support development of job request systems and custom automation tooling from the ground up.
- Collaborate with penetration testers and service delivery personnel to automate processes end-to-end.
Required Qualifications
Strong experience in building automation pipelines.Proficiency in Python or Golang (Go) for scripting and tool development.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Proven background in automating test execution, reporting, and developing tools from scratch.Experience integrating various tools to automate vulnerability intake and remediation processes.Preferred Qualifications
