Role highlights

  • Run production like a pro : read work orders; set up, operate, and reset equipment in line with customer specifications and internal quality targets.
  • Hands-on fabrication : use safety knives, scissors, and tweezers to prepare and process product at multiple stages.
  • Own the flow : locate, kit, stage, store, and track WIP; load / unload materials between fixed equipment, carriers, and mobile racks; move WIP efficiently and support outbound shipment prep.
  • Operate equipment safely : electric / manual pallet jacks and other production machinery.
  • Quality-first mindset : spot defects or questionable conditions and report them immediately to supervision.
  • Data integrity : perform job time and inventory transactions accurately in required systems per customer / department guidelines.
  • Safety advocate : report incidents or unsafe conditions promptly; maintain a clean, orderly, and compliant work area.
  • Team contributor : assist teammates to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in production operations, material handling, or technical roles in manufacturing / warehouse environments preferred (not required).
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills; must be 18+.
  • Punctual, professional, and proactive.
  • Ability to recognize process abnormalities and respond to safety signals via sight, touch, or hearing.
  • Flexible availability, including potential day / night / weekend shifts; available for overtime and short-notice schedule changes.
  • IPC 7711 / 7721 certification is strongly encouraged.
  • PPE

  • Safety glasses, safety shoes, bump caps, gloves, hair nets, masks, and clean-room frocks may be required; follow all prescribed procedures.
  • Physical and environmental expectations

  • Extended periods of physically demanding work (up to 12 hours).
  • Frequent hand use and tool handling; regular standing, walking, sitting, reaching, pushing / pulling; climbing / balancing; and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
  • Lift / move up to 35 lbs without assistance and carry 20 lbs up / down stairs.
  • Visual requirements : close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment.
  • Manufacturing shop setting with high noise, moving equipment, nuisance dust, and potential skin exposure to certain prep materials.
