Fabrication Operators are essential to producing high-quality aluminum parts by operating machinery and tools with precision.
Work Schedule :
- Monday–Thursday : 10-hour shifts (4x10s)
- Friday : 8-hour shift (overtime)
- Total : 48 hours per week, including 8 hours of guaranteed overtime
- Note : This schedule reflects current business needs. Overtime may decrease in the winter, but for the foreseeable future, Friday work is standard.
