Job Description

Manage and supervise all aspects of retail construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all job sites. Monitor project schedules and budgets to meet deadlines and financial goals. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess progress and address challenges. Prepare and submit reports on project status to management and clients. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues to maintain project momentum. Travel frequently to various project locations as required by the role.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Retail Superintendent should have : Proven experience in supervising construction projects, particularly in the retail sector. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities effectively. Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams. Willingness to travel frequently to different project sites.
