This is an exciting project opportunity to support the client with project management for a large-scale program to elevate, reconstruct, or retrofit up to 2,500 residential homes. The Bidding Specialist will leverage Construction Contractor bid estimates to create an engineering estimate for the property's application to the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). They will assess the feasibility of the estimates; and support construction management activities.

Work you'll do :

• Engage with the Operations team in daily and biweekly calls to streamline Construction Management oversight and engagement across the program
• Develop engineering estimates based on construction contractor bids
• Engage with the construction contractor for construction oversight
• Review construction contractor progress reports
• Escalate risks and schedule delays to appropriate leaders
