  • EOI Space is developing and deploying a network of satellites in Very Low Earth Orbit (VLEO) to provide ultra-high-resolution Earth imagery.  We aim to deliver timely and actionable data for commercial and defense applications.  We are on our way to achieving many industry firsts.

This demands an ambitious team that thrives on challenges, takes ownership, and collaborates deeply.  We are seeking a highly skilled and mission-driven Mission Systems Engineer to architect and integrate end-to-end mission and ground solutions.    What you will do :

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations & Supply Chain Specialist with logistics coordination responsibilities.
  • This role will be the central point of contact for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations while also supporting the flow of goods, supplies, and materials across our organization.
  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates effectively with vendors and internal teams, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • This is a dynamic position combining traditional office management with hands-on logistics coordination to keep our team and operations running efficiently.    Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional, well-organized, and fully stocked work environment Monitor and replenish office supplies and consumables, placing orders based on usage trends and departmental needs Build and maintain strong relationships with the on-site team, and site support vendors.  Manage general purchasing needs for the business Oversee and coordinate employee needs related to office space, equipment, and general resources Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned to support overall office operations  Receive and verify incoming deliveries (direct and indirect goods) against purchase orders and packing lists Identify and report discrepancies, missing items, or damaged goods to vendors and stakeholders Serve as the primary contact for suppliers, following up on incomplete shipments, missing documentation, or damage claims Maintain accurate records of correspondence, vendor performance, and resolution timelines Coordinate outbound shipments to vendors and employees, ensuring accurate packaging and documentation Track and confirm delivery of shipments, addressing issues as they arise Organized and stocked inventory to ensure efficient and accurate storage   Collaborate with internal teams to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity   Required Qualifications :   2+ years of experience in office management, logistics, or supply chain coordination.  Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting across teams and with external vendors.  Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems (NetSuite experience a plus).  Ability to occasionally lift and move packages as needed.  High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.  Experience handling vendor follow-ups, order discrepancies, and damage claims preferred.  Knowledge of shipping platforms and tracking systems preferred.  Basic understanding of procurement workflows preferred.    Compensation :   The pay range for this role is $33.65 – $40.87 hourly depending on previous experience.  Pay ranges are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data.
