Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Software Engineer to join our dynamic software engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of scalable, high-performance web applications, contributing across the full technology stack—from front-end interfaces to back-end services and databases.

The ideal candidate is passionate about building robust, user-centric applications and thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. You should be comfortable navigating both technical challenges and domain-specific complexities, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software that meets real-world needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
• Maintain and improve CI / CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Contribute to strategic direction of the engineering team.
• Perform solution design. Apply appropriate technologies and lead design of highly complex infrastructure and software solutions.

Typical Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

The platform integrates complex agronomic data and operational insights to empower decision-making at scale. You will work closely with business leaders, crop advisors, agronomists, and digital sales analysts to deliver innovative tools and data-driven solutions that directly impact business outcomes. Our tech stack is primarily composed of :

Azure hosted C# backend heavily based on function apps and microservice architecture

MSSQL and CosmosDB databases

React / Redux frontend moving toward TanStack ecosystem
