The Paramount Brand Studio Partner Solutions team is seeking a Coordinator to support our team - a client-facing group that leads the end-to-end pre-sale process, crafting strategic multi-platform campaigns to meet advertiser objectives. The ideal candidate is incredibly detail-oriented, eager to learn, has superb PowerPoint & design skills, is a strong creative writer and a fan of our content & talent. Responsibilities

• The Coordinator position reports into the Senior Manager on the convergent client facing Partner Solutions team
• Work in partnership with our Ad Sales and cross-functional teams to help ideate and develop convergent campaigns across the Paramount Global ecosystem
• Support team members in RFP response ideation based on client briefs, data and insights, budget & platform priorities
• Execute detailed notes on internal & external calls with an ability to synthesize information & recap next steps in a clear and concise manner to internal stakeholders
• Detailed management of all department organizational materials including tracking documents, team calendars, status sheets, etc.
• Assist in the creative development of internal & external presentations for Directors, VPs and SVPs in PowerPoint

Additional Information

Hiring Salary Range : $50,000.00 - 57,500.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
