Kimley-Horn is seeking engineering graduates to join our Tampa, Florida (FL) office in 2026. This is a full-time, non-remote position.
Responsibilities
- Utilize technical software programs to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients.
- Contribute to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for various projects.
- Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to realize clients' visions.
- Learn and apply federal, state, local regulations, and company standards.
- Develop proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro, and GIS.
Qualifications
ABET-accredited engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's) by Summer 2026 in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, Agricultural Engineering, or Engineering Technology.Why Kimley-Horn?
