Overview
Our company is seeking a collaborative Scrum Master with experience facilitating Scrumban or Kanban in IT Operations or infrastructure environments. Under general supervision, you will focus on supporting cross-functional Agile teams within one or more Agile Release Trains (ARTs), enabling sustainable delivery of operations solutions, incident management, and continuous improvement. This role adapts Agile methodologies for complex operational teams with mixed-mode workflows, such as maintaining both unplanned incidents and planned projects.
The ideal candidate will proactively organize and prioritize incoming work—balancing backlog refinement and urgent issues—while ensuring the team remains aligned with Program Increment (PI) goals and enterprise objectives. They will facilitate daily stand-ups and essential Scrum ceremonies, including sprint reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning, to promote transparency, collaboration, and continual improvement.

Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
