About the Role

Were looking for a patient-centered Orthodontist to cover two consistent days each week across Cape Coral and Fort Myers. Youll step into established demand with a supportive clinical team and a streamlined workflows - ideal for a doctor who enjoys efficient, high-quality care and collaborative communication.

What Youll Do

  • Comprehensive ortho for kids, teens, and adults
  • New patient exams, records, treatment planning, progress checks, adjustments and debonds
  • Partner closely with the team to ensure smooth schedules, clear communication and excellent patient experience

What We Provide

  • Consistent two-day schedule with established patient flow & built-in referrals
  • Clinical autonomy within a collaborative, growth-minded culture
  • $1,400 / day to start + 35% of collections + bonus opportunity

    • You Are

  • DDS / DMD with completion of an ADA-accredited Orthodontics residency
  • Active FL dental license
  • Comfortable with mixed-dentition and adult cases
  • Communicative, dependable, and efficient with a patient-first approach
