Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location : Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Austin or San Antonio (On-site)
Type : Full-Time
Reports to : Sales Manager

We value diverse professional backgrounds—our most successful SDRs often come from non-traditional paths such as pastoral leadership, coaching, and adjacent trades like HVAC, painting, and plumbing. If you’ve spent years helping people, motivating teams, or selling in tough markets—we want to hear from you. Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to qualify prospects and book appointments for the Account Executive team.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and CRM-based campaigns .
- Leverage tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, or similar platforms to manage your pipeline efficiently.
- Develop a strong understanding of our product / service and effectively communicate its value proposition.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, or website inquiries.
- Maintain accurate activity and lead records in the CRM.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly / monthly KPIs for calls, emails, and qualified appointments.
