  • Practice Model : Solo Provider (remote physician available for escalation)
  • Telemedicine : Physician available remotely for support
  • EMR : Epic

PATIENT INFORMATION

  • Patient Demographics : All ages
  • Patient Volume : 3 4 patients per hour
  • Case Mix : Cold / flu, rashes, abrasions, lacerations, sprains, minor burns, splinting
  • Procedures : Orthopedic splinting, wound care
  • Acuity Level : Low High acuity referred to ER

    • FACILITY INFORMATION

  • Reason for Coverage : Team Growth
  • Support Staff : Medical Assistants and Radiology Techs on-site
  • Staffing : 1 3 providers per day
  • Remote Physician : Available for escalation

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Licenses : Active PA NP License required
  • Board Status : Board Certified
  • DEA : Required
  • Certifications : ACLS, BLS
  • Experience : Minimum 2 years in Urgent Care or 1 year in Emergency Medicine
  • Skills : Comfortable with all ages, wound care, orthopedic procedures (splinting)

    • TRAVEL & COMPENSATION

  • Travel Reimbursement : Airfare, lodging, rental car, mileage, parking

    • PRIVILEGING

  • Privileges : Full & Temporary available
  • Time to Privilege : Approx. 90 days
